Students who have booked a tour have the right to withdraw free of charge up to 3 days in advance for daily tours, 7 days in advance for package tours, and 15 days in advance for international tours. For daily tours, if the stay is less than 3 days, a 30% deduction will be applied, and if canceled on the last day, a 100% deduction will be applied. When the guest who purchased the tour requests cancellation due to health reasons, the report received from the State Hospitals (Signed by the Chief Physician) is presented on-site. Note: Since flight tours cannot be canceled by the organization, cancellation of the reservation and payment cannot be made. Also check the return and cancellation conditions on the home page.
